An e-mail brief and email copy deck is required to request an email delivery from the Digital team in Luminate Online:
- Please fill out the email brief (attached below).
- Submit the brief document in a Support Ticket to digital support
- Then submitt the email copy deck when it is ready (attached below) *at least 5 business days before the deployment date.
- Submitting the email brief ahead of the copy deck will allow the digital team to place the email in the NW eComms calendar and work out any details regarding the email audience.
- Please note a separate data request must be submitted to the ISM team when requesting data from Rasisers Edge.
*At least 5 business days lead time is required after submitting the completed email brief and copy deck for all email deployments - 7-10 or longer for complex projects involving full e-strategy or depending on calendar availablility.
